- March 9th, 2010 – 7:30am to 9:30am
- Flowing Wells High School, Tucson
- 100 students, 10-12th grades
- Science Career day, “Working in the Water”
An early morning at the high school where we had the chance to talk to 10 -12th graders about marine science and encourage future oceanographers and biologists to focus on the seas! It was loads of fun and we ended up having twice as many kids as we had first expected! We love seeing the older kids because we can go
a little more in depth with the science (and they get my sense of humor more often too!) Some of the kids remembered us from last year and that was great getting the chance to add some new information for them! We love going to Flowing Wells and look forward to our presentation to the Honors Biology class in a few weeks!
