• “Our Amazing Oceans!”

We had an amazing time out in Casa Grande! the presentations went really well (although I could have talked all day but only had an hour for each presentation!)! The students were all really fun and interested in the ocean and the wonderful animals found there! They learned a lot and all seemed ready to start/ continue their efforts to keep our oceans healthy!

I was asked to join in on the kids lunch period and we enjoyed a fun lunch together! They kept asking questions all through the 30mins! Made me smile from ear to ear!

• C.E.Rose Elementary School – Tucson, Az
• 45+ pre-school
• “Our Amazing Oceans”

Great group of little ones out at Rose Elementary! The kids gets so excited seeing the ocean artifacts up close! I start laughing when I see them “ohhh ” and “AHHHH” as I pull a giant shell out of the boxes! The teachers were all very interested as well and that made the kids even more excited! Loved it!

• Amphi Middle School – Tucson, Az
• 15 8th graders
• “Our Amazing Oceans!”

This was a group of advanced students and while they are obviously really bright students, they hadn’t had much exposure to marine science… THIS is the reason we do what we do! Introducing these amazing kids to ocean science is so important! They took all the information in like sponges (no pun intended!)!

I coach at AMS so it is fun for me to work with students academically as well! Love coming to the home of the PIRATES!
