St. Michael’s School- “Our Amazing Oceans!”

We spoke with a small group of kindlers today! They are always lots of fun and get so excited having the chance to see all of our ocean artifacts up close! They had great questions (and a few stories as well) and paid great attention when we spoke of helping to save all the animals in the ocean! Love coming out to St. Michael’s!

We LOVE  Tanque Verde Elementary School! Such a great place! They have a dedicated science teacher, dedicated science room (totally cool!) and students truly interested in science! What could be better! We enjoyed sharing “Our Amazing Oceans!” with them and look forward to seeing them again soon!

Teacher Day at The University of Arizona – Information/education booth

Please join The Fin Foundation as we participate in Teacher Day at the University of Arizona! Lots of organizations will be there offering great resources for teachers across the state! The Fin Foundation will be there with info about what we offer educators and adding the chance to see and learn about the ocean as well! It will be a great day! Thanks to Champions for Change for organizing this yearly event!
A great success! We had great volunteers and great teachers! We spoke to lots of wonderful people offer the course of the day and hope we made a few new connections!
