Encanto Elementary School, Phoenix Az. – “Our Amazing Oceans!”

The Fin Foundation went up to Phoenix to present to Encanto Elementary School in the Osborne School District! We set up the overhead for showing our great underwater photographs (thanks Finfoundationimages.com) in addition to our awesome variety of ocean artifacts that we shared with the kids! They were super excited and learned a great deal! The response from the teachers was amazing as we were told that next year they would love to have us come back to present to the whole school! We love hearing that and look forward to sharing with all the grades!

Academy of Tucson – “Our Amazing Oceans!’

The Fin Foundation went out to the new school for Academy of Tucson on the East side of Tucson! It was a wonderful new facility for them and we loved being there! We presented to a large group of really smart and aware 6th graders! They had lots of good knowledge of our oceans and we added to it by having the hands on ocean artifacts! Its a great combination! We look forward to coming back soon!

DeGrazia Elementary School – “Our Amazing Oceans!” with Green Oceans!

Great day out at DeGrazia! The kids were a blast! We had so much fun talking about all of the great creatures found in the ocean! The Fin Foundation is so lucky to have schools like this willing to have us come in to speak at their school!

Harelson Elementary Science Night – Education Booth

We had a great time at Harelson! Its our second time being there for this event and it keeps getting bigger each year! Love seeing all the families coming out for a science night! We had great help from Adrian and Jan as we showed a lot of our artifacts and talked about ocean conservation and diversity! Looking forward to coming back next year!
